Handling System T – Strong Partner in Handling

With the bearing capacity up to 600 kg and a wide range of accessories and connection parts of BOMAR band saws, System T is an ideal partner for handling materials in your workshop. Thanks to the default lengths of 2 and 3 m, the roller tracks are flexible and
may be adjusted to any environment.

Sensible adjustment

Every supporting foot is fitted with two levelling screws. This allows the roller track to be placed on uneven surfaces.

Strong profile

System T roller tracks are made from strong profiles, fitted with a bolt system. Production-made assembly and oval openings allow easy connection of additional accessories.

Suitable for every task

System T is equipped with ø70 mm rollers, suitable even for the highest load. The 2-m roller-track modules the are fitted with 6 rollers, 3-m modules with 10 rollers.

Individual solution – extension and accessories

Every roller track may be ideally adjusted to its task. This is possible thanks to the
System T accessories and extension; thanks to the assembly openings without any
additional effort.

Vertical rollers

Vertical rollers are ideally aligned with the axis of the saw rear jaws, thus guaranteeing angle accuracy, simpler work operations, and safety of operators and persons occurring in the vicinity of the machine.

Adjustable vertical rollers

Adjustable vertical rollers are indispensable for cutting material in several layers or bundles. In combination with firmly-mounted vertical rollers, the position of a layer or bundle is secured by moving adjustable rollers.

Rolling away stop

A rolling-away stop serves as prevention of uncontrolled rollingaway of pipes and of risks posed for operators and persons occurring in the vicinity of the machine.

Feet for material preparation

System T preparatory feet ensure time optimisation by simple means. Thanks to the 750-mm support width, material for cutting may be prepared in sufficient amounts and processing times may be reduced.

Additional supporting foot

A supporting foot may be mounted anytime as additional reinforcement or upgrade of the basic version of connecting with the full number of feet.

Connection parts

A modified connection part is available for each band saw, including connecting pieces. The System T roller track is dimensioned primarily for saws of the Workline, Proline, and Transverse types.

TA measuring stop

TA measuring stop – easy, quick, uncomplicated

TA measuring stop with simple adjusting and uncomplicated control. With a standard length 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 m, it is suitable for every saw. The guide-rail is fitted with a measuring tape along its whole length. The stop arm may be tilted to enable the material to pass through.

Measuring scale

The measuring scale is placed in a milled groove of a massive rail. The stop support is fitted with an indicator located directly above the measuring tape.

Damping and tilting

The stop is fitted with an integrated arm damper and may be tilted to enable the material to pass easily.

TRA measuring stop

Comfortable digital measuring stop TRA

Without necessary power supply, with a long-life battery, the digital measuring stop TRA guarantees accurate measurements along the whole length. The stop support is adjusted manually and its position is shown on the display with 0.1 mm accuracy. The digital display shows absolute dimensions and dimensional strings. The stop arm may be tilted to enable the material to pass freely.

Digital display

The length-showing display is placed directly on the stop support and shows a real-time accurate position. The displaying system offers various possibilities of the process adjustment and optimisation.

TNCA measuring stop

TNCA measuring stop – high-tech length measuring

The CNC-controlled measuring stop TNCA provides a full comfort of an additional measuring axis of the machine. The control allows absolute dimensions and dimensional strings to be programmed and offers a 99 program memory with 99 entries. The length measurement is performed with a magnetic measuring system along the whole length of the stop with 0.1 mm accuracy.

Free stroke and possible tilting

The stop is fitted with an electronic device for a free stroke within the 20-mm range. The stop arm may be tilted pneumatically to enable the material to pass freely.

Adjustable stop arm

The distance of the stop arm from the saw band may be adjusted individually. The accuracy of the angle after adjustment is guaranteed by double guiding.

Well-arranged control panel

The control panel is simple and wellarranged. The control process is very simple in order to facilitate the work with TNCA also for inexperienced operators.
